RFC posts

I'm very happy that the first two RFC position papers have gone up on the website, kindly provided by Dr Tiziana Terranova and Dr Eugene Thacker. They are very different but both very thought provoking, raising lots of spaces for reflection and comment. Tiziana's is an exploratory agenda setting piece looking at the places we need to go in researching network politics, many of which we hope will be explored as part of this project. Eugene's position paper is a reflection on virality, contagion, networks and 'biohorror', framing many challenging problematics for the network age. I'm very much hoping that this will be the start of some lively exchanges leading up to the first network event next March, and am looking forward to more position papers from the advisory group. I would encourage anyone wishing to get involved to sign up for an account and get commenting, and I look forward to hearing what you have to say.
